Cisco Secure Client installation breaks M-Files client

Hi all.  We recently (two weeks ago) implemented MFA for our VPN solution and it has gone really well except for one laptop.  We had been using the Windows VPN client with our Meraki firewall and moved to using the Cisco Secure Client with SAML SSO in Azure.  We also use M-Files as a document management platform with an on-prem server.  One laptop, once the Cisco client is installed, cannot open M-Files.  No errors, just a total non-response from the laptop, despite the "Test Connectivity" function in the M-Files desktop configuration also working fine.  Onsite vs WFH doesn't make a difference.  Uninstalling the Cisco software returns M-Files client functionality.

This laptop had the same issue with the then-current Cisco client back in June or so when troubleshooting some other VPN connectivity issue.  I have several other laptops with both the M-Files and Cisco Secure Client installed and working just fine.  I'm installing the Cisco client with the first two options and diagnostics checked.  Any ideas where to look to resolve this?  Is there maybe a port closure or duplication issue?  I've also reached out to our M-Files vendor for support with no reply yet.
