Cisco Small Business APs

Had a quick question. We are looking into a small wireless deployment of 14 access points. Thinking about using the 200 Series APs (Part Number: CBW240AC-x). My question is how do we control these? Do they support mobility express and one of the AP's would be setup as a controller? Or do they work differently than that? Also are licenses required? (I know Smartnet is required to get firmware updates, etc...)

If you like to manage other AP, you need to have Controller - like Mobility express

Note : other end you can also look meraki solution which has Cloud dashboard.
