Cisco vWLC OVA file says disk missing

i have recently downloaded manay versions from cisco software portal nad all of them says the same issue (in esxi it says "required image is missing" ) and VMplayer is says "Error while powering on: Unable to open kernel device '\\.\VMCIDev\VMX': The operation completed successfully. Did you reboot after installing VMware Player".

did anyone face this before?

@Lakshan97  this can be due to many reasons. try below guide which is common for many OVAs.

Thanks !!! . Mentioned Doc was helpful and i was able to deploy on VMPlayer. any chance to make it on ESXI? directly.
