Technically it is illegal to use CML images outside of CML, like in Eve or GNS3. and about VIRL ...you can forget VIRL; old, slow, not useful at all today.... and don't think u can purchase Virl any longer. Regarding images itself, they have improved since 2 years ago. I think Eve forum would have more info about using CML images in Eve. Regarding CML inquiries, go to CLN, Cisco Learning network
