Transceiver speed does not match the speed configured on the port

- I have a cisco Nexus9000 C92300YC Chassis with two supported 10G optics for it.
- When inserting a 10G optic in one of the ports, it keeps showing the "Transceiver speed does not match the speed configured on the port" error message.
- But the same optic works just fine on another port with same configurations.
