CML - service contrat required, after Windows re-installation

Hello,

I get following message when I try to download CML:

Service Contract Required

"
To Download this software, you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile.
If you do not have a service contract you can get one through:
  • Your Cisco Account Team if you have a direct purchase agreement with Cisco
  • Your Cisco Partner or Reseller
Once you have the service contract you must associate your service contract to your Cisco.com user ID with Profile Manager 
"
 
I purchased CML in November and used it already. I logged into my account but can't find any CML information, or license or anything. Do you know what I have to do here?

if you already purchased CML

try below :

To download the files for a CML-Personal installation, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Cisco Learning Network Store in your web browser.

  • Login with the CCO user ID that you used to purchase CML.

  • Click the My Account link.

  • Find your active CML order in your My Orders list.

  • Click the Download button associated with the order.

  • Your web browser will be redirected to a page on software.cisco.com.  (this will take same page for software download)

  • Click on the latest release.
