I get following message when I try to download CML:

if you already purchased CML
try below :
To download the files for a CML-Personal installation, follow these steps:
Visit the Cisco Learning Network Store in your web browser.
Login with the CCO user ID that you used to purchase CML.
Click the My Account link.
Find your active CML order in your My Orders list.
Click the Download button associated with the order.
Your web browser will be redirected to a page on software.cisco.com. (this will take same page for software download)
Click on the latest release.
