Two years ago I attended an online training through Webex but after completing the course I didn't receive any e-mail with the completion certificate.
I would like to ask how could I understand what exactly happened in that case and why I didn't receive the certificate. Is there a way to get that data linked my e-mail address or understanding somehow why I didn't get the certificate?
