The software loaded on my CRS-16-PRP-12G has a known bug and I'm trying to upgrade the software via turboboot. I tried both the TFTP and USB media boot way, but both ways fail. Turbobooting via USB an error prompts up " Error : Uncompression of the image failed. invalid compressed data--format violated". As for the TFTP my parameters are correct and starts to initialize but after several minutes pass the following error prompts "TFTP error 2 received (Access violation). TFTP: Operation" terminated. Please advise.
