I'm actually wondering if PT 8.2.2 is actually lacks some feature or its just the PT distribution I installed? I installed it on my Linux, and from yesterday up to now I've got 2 issues.
1 is the PBR which does not allow me configure the route-map, and second is the telephony-service also not available on my router.
But here I'll just show you the snapshot of the telephony-service issue. For the PBR, you can imagine if you can configure the standard access-list, but you cannot do the route-map configuration [because it says invalid input].
I look up some sources and AI out there saying that PT 8.2.2 does support PBR and telephony-service, but here it says invalid.

I'm using ubuntu 24.0 anyway, is that an issue?

This is not related to Ubuntu. Some features on the device need to be enabled and some devices does not support some features.
Use the command "show version" on the router to check the license installed. You may need to install more license.
The router 2811 have Telephony service installed by default on PackeTracer.

That's fine, I just realized that in Cisco PT only the 2811 supports the telephony-service, other routers don't have telephony-service.
So different than GNS3 images or in real Cisco routers.
