When attempting to start a device upgrade I get the following error:
"Someone else is already upgrading devices:[username]. That user must cancel or finish the upgrade process before you can begin a new upgrade."
Sounds straight forward except for the fact that there are only two users, mine says it's his, his says it's mine, and neither of us have any active upgrades.
Any idea's where I can look for stuck processes or how to clear it would be greatly appreciated.

We had the same issue.
The person with the [username] needs to go to Devices > Device Upgrade -- then Cancel or Finish on the pending upgrade task.

Simply removing the user from your FMC is necessary.

Hello, whenever I see this error, you can easily just go to the updates section fine the patch or upgrade your needing to install and on the far right press the icon that says push or stage and this will bypass that error.
