Hi All,
I've set up a call forward pickup settings to "Forward all external calls to Voicemail" in Call Manager, picture below; but it doesn't work. The calls are still going through, meaning the phone still rings and not going straight to voicemail. Any help or guidance will be muchly appreciated.
