Hello, I have a Firepower 1010, the current version of the software is 6.6.1-91. I also have licenses: Firepower Threat Defense Base Features, FPR1010 Malware Protection, FPR1010 URL Filtering, FPR1010 Threat Defense Threat Protection. And i have Cisco Smart Account. Аll these licenses are activated.
But I can't download the update through the Firepower Device Manager. Оn the updates page it says: There are no software upgrades available on the system. Also I can't download the update from the site software.cisco.com. On the Software Download page it says: There are no images downloaded yet! If i go to the update download page Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software - 6.7.0, instead of a download link, it says: Entitlement Required.
Question - do I need an additional license to download updates?
