Google Authenticator and Cisco Account

I can't to entry on my account because I vinculated my account with the app "Google Authenticator". Reciently, I lost my phone and I recovery my phone number and I have access on my email account.

 

Then, I am trying to login but I need the specific code of "Google Authenticator", What can I do?

 

The email of my account is jordiyair29@gmail.com

Hello,

Same issue happened with me, I have called to TAC case, they suggested to drop an email to web-help@cisco.com. 

they will ask some query and reset MFA.
