How can add new timezone to FMC by CLI

I want to add new timezone to to my FMC . Would you please help me how can do it by cli ? (Please note,  I don't want to change the timezone,  at the first step I want to add new timezone that can to choose / change it via GUI

As I find out when we connect to cli it is showing UTC in /etc/sysconfig/clock although we can change other timezone in GUI and all logs are generating according to GUI timezone . Now we need add new timezone to this GUI
