How can I get a list of ciphers, KEXs, MACs used on network devices

I've been tasked with ensuring our network devices are using approved ciphers, KEXs and MACs on our network devices.  How can I get a listing from Cisco Nexus 9K switches for each NXOS version?  Also, what about Firepower/FTD/FMC?  On a client, I can use OpenSSH but I'm wondering how to see what the devices (ssh servers) themselves are using.  Thanks in advance.

check most of the devices running SSHv2 and check all the devices running Latest suggest version.
