Hi, everyone!
I’m currently working on a website that offers utility bill checking services (specifically for LESCO bills in Pakistan). Since the site processes sensitive user data like account numbers, I want to ensure it's secure from potential threats.
I’m using a shared hosting environment, and I’m considering implementing SSL and other security protocols. However, I’m unsure about:
- The best practices for configuring secure network settings for such websites.
- Whether using a CDN (like Cloudflare) will add an extra layer of protection.
- Any additional firewall settings or recommendations specific to small business websites like mine.
Does anyone have experience setting up secure configurations for similar projects? Any insights on Cisco tools or solutions I could integrate for enhanced security?
Thanks in advance!
