My ISP can't update that model so I have to update it manually. But where to get the firmware and how to update the device?
The current firmware:

As per i know this kit is end-of-life long back ( as per I know if I am not mistaken the model)
Either you need to live with it, or upgrade to the latest model you looking to do so.,

Doesn't Cisco even have any software archive, like Intel or AMD or Microsoft or nVidia, where you can download older stuff? If not, that is a poor service.
