Hi Community,
i'm looking for some assistance,
we have users accessing Cisco Finesse and they are having issues with the Incoming call alert.
If the Cisco Finesse page is to the front of screen, i.e. visible to the user, the incoming call alert is displayed.
however, if the Finesse page is minimised or not visible the incoming call alert is not popping up a notification in the bottom corner.
Please see attachment where notifications and pop-ups are allowed for this site.
Browser = Microsoft Edge Chromium 112
