Hey, Any assistance regarding these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Incoming external calls will ring out for approx. 30 seconds where as calls made internally from one handset to another will only ring for a few seconds before diverting to voicemail. I'm unfamiliar with the Cisco 6871 & 7861 handsets but can not see anything in the phones config/settings that would impact ring time for calls made internally.
Also, Unrelated but is anyone aware of a way to set a different ringtone for external incoming calls & for calls being made or transferred internally?
