To sum up, your Internet is Ok until you start PT. then it breaks apart continuously.
Have you tried to re-install PT?
I noticed you use USB dongle to get Wifi and Internet. have you tried install PT without USB Internet adapter? If still not good, try install different PT version (64 or 32-bit).
If nothing else works, report problem to Cisco Net Academy people.
