IOS version 17.12.04 For C9200, C9300, and C9500

Why did Cisco remove the "starred" status for the 17.12.04 IOS version from the software download center for Cisco switches C9200, C9300, and C9500?

Someone made a mistake.  

(My guess is so 17.12.5 can have the "star".)
