We are migrating some rooms away from personal rooms to more professional. For example, Dr. Jones has his personal room (that everyone has previously used). However, we now want him to use the room "Medical Service Room 2".
The issue is that everyone has the previous room link, but will no longer be used other than Dr. Jones' personal meetings. Is there a way to hyperlink to a new, ongoing meeting?
I'm aware of the welcome message - it doesn't work great for our purposes. I'm aware of changing the background to a PDF with a display message, but again doesn't work as a link.
Any ideas? Essentially a forwarding option to another meeting from a meeting.
