ISR 4331 router syslog error

hello community

lately after upgrading my ISR 4331 router IOS this syslog message appear and cause the router to reload

%SPA_OIR-3-SW_INIT_TIMEOUT: subslot 0/5: SPA initialization not completed

*Nov 13 19:11:15.821: %SPA_OIR-3-RECOVERY_RELOAD: subslot 0/5: Attempting recovery by reloading SPA
*Nov 13 19:11:15.822: %SPA_OIR-6-OFFLINECARD: SPA (ISR-SSD) offline in subslot 0/5

I take the SSD out and put it again in subslot 0/5 but it still happens

Post the logs when the SSD was removed and re-inserted.

what was the IOS code before upgrade, what is the IOS Code you upgraded to ?

If you get maintenance window, turn off Whole Router and try reseat the Module again, and Turn on and post complete log.
