ISR4331 Smart Account licensing

Hello guys. I have some doubts about smart licensing I hope you can help me resolve.

We bought some ISR routers with a securityk9 and ipbase license that in theory should be already installed on the router.
The thing is that the router was updated to recommended version: 16.12.04 Gibraltar.

When you upgrade to this version the licensing changes to Smart Account.
So now I would like to confirm that my licenses are good and running, but when I check, it shows Smart Account is unregistred and using eval mode as in the image.

 

I tried registering the smart account with the call-home and the token, but cause there is no smart license on the account the token doesn´t work.
Do I need to do something to make smart account be registered? Or is not necessary and my licenses are working fine?

yes, you need to setup a smart account to make a smart license or contact license@cisco.com they can help for you.

for now, your license not register, it works as expected before for 90days. or more.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

I already converted from traditional to Smart License. But there is one license that it say couldnt be converted cause there is no equivalent for that in smart license.
Its the IPbase license.
Is that why in the router is shown "out of compliance"?
