N3K-C3064PQ-10GX 9.3(10) hsrp bug

Anyone having problem with hsrp function on two vpc pair N3K-C3064PQ-10GX 9.3(10)? 

When shutdown interface vlan on either standby or active N3K, traffic from host to gateway hsrp vip is drop, arp is ok.

No issue with another pairs using 9.3(9) and 7.0(3), not sure if that pair having issue or version 9.3(10) having issue

This may be a bug as you mentioned the other version working, either downgrade to the version working or upgrade to the latest code and check

still you like to use the same version, open a TAC case for investigation.
