Yes, it shouldn't be a problem; Celeron cpu is not the best but it works. You may have issues when you have many other application open along with PT. I am still using PT on Windows 7 64 bit but 32-bit worked OK as well (officially PT not supported for Win 7 but still works fine). I even used PT on tablet in the past. Note: You can install 32-bit PT on Win 64 bit version,
