Hello

Switch been crashed and lost all configuration, but I am not able to restore iOS. I follow many steps with no luck and I keep getting error if I install Denali cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.03.07.SPA.bin

When I install iOS cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.07.04.E.152-3.E4.bin for the first time. Switch is back to normal as bundle mode but I can't upgrade to install mode after follow all the steps. I get error below

"switch 1 must be running installed software to perform this operation"

Kindly support me to recover the switch to service

request software command doesn't accept because its in bundle mode and switch is running in bin file with version cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.07.04.E.152-3.E4.bin

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1. sh version
2. sh boot
3. more flash:packages.conf | begin for NOVA

Currently switch is working in bundle mode with bin file. I change boot system to packages.conf; it will not work and I can't convert to install mode
