tried all of this Screenshot_1.png  . 'feature private-vlan' doesn't work either

Feature - is for nexus models - not for IOS-based switches.

Can you post from the device you have this error

show version

Is this switch running VTP? can you post :

show vtp status

EDIT :

Just noticed you have LAN BASE License, I believe PRIVATE VLAN required Lan-lite or more to work - check the feature supported for the device.

yeah switch running VTP, but privat vlan still doesn't work even if switch doesn't Screenshot_4.pngScreenshot_5.png

As I have edited the last post, you have lanbase image - i do not believe it will support the private vlan feature.

Try to check the feature, but due to EoL, Cisco not allowed me to look that feature for that IOS version.

but as i heard Lan Lite and Lan Base are Cisco 2960 Switch Software Editions. this is not a license.

The software you buy along with the switch or upgrade ( it is License here to use that features in that software)
