I have different model endpoint, room kit, room kit plus, room kit pro but there is no room kit EQ device.
My cucm version is 12.5.1.13900-152 and the new endpoint has RoomOS 11.9.2.4 c05310d8c51.
I have tried with the existing device profiles, but with none of them it registers.
Do I need to download a new device pack, which one would be recommended for my version of call manager that contains a room kit EQ profile?
Would it affect the already registered devices?
