We have the same problem in our company. We use Win11 24H2 Build 2611.3194, and Cisco Secure Client version 5.1.7.80, the secure client version is 5.1.7.1336.
This delay causes us problems as users are used to loanch the apps they are used to immediatly after logon, to start working. Some of these apps establish a session on a remote server, and this delay causes the connection attempt to hang on the app side waiting for servers handshake and authantication. The connection attempts in some apps take up to 10 minutes and the users in that time can't do anything other that double clicking the apps Icon trying to start it unaware of the connection attempt which is hanging because of Cisco secure clients start uap delay.
