I've gone through the process of adding these to the portal etc, and follwed the correct license boot process but licenses are still showing as EVAL. I've previously had a TAC for this and before I open the same case again, can someone please give me an idea why it's not working?
We aren't cuurently connected to the internet, so can't get to the portal, but that's by the by as I've already done that previously. here is the license output.
