Hi. I have an issue with sync (Manual and scheduled) with on-prem 7
issue is that on-prem cannot get response file from cisco
tested with curl that swapi.cisco.com and cloudsso.cisco.com are accessible
log entry for the issue is as follows:
docker-compose: #033[35mbackend |#033[0m [SyncWorker 84bee26760749354a1ad0cda] Sync::UpstreamSatelliteService failed to download_sync_file. Unknown
With manual file sync i can upload sync request but when trying to download it I get server error 500
Any ideas?
