Does Cisco sf200-24 and sf200-48 have snmp config in Gui??

Try as SNMP -> Communities page and click Add

as per Emulator SF 250 shown below :

No I want exactly sf200 24 or sf200-48

check the admin guide, since i do not have a device in hand, what option do you see in your GUI?

When I entered getting started in Gui under management I don't see enable snmp I only see enable http or enable https

what is the firmware you using, on the top right side you can go advanced mode

can you also post a screenshot for us to understand?

these photos show the firmware and tcp udp services

as per the below post the version you having does not support SNMP

If the option you need must, maybe try to upgrade to 1.3.2.2 latest firmware.

check the admin guide of 1.3

OK. one more question, does sf200-48 also doesn't have a snmp??

The one I showed you it's about sf200-24

as per the document, the version of the firmware does not support it, maybe try to upgrade to the suggested firmware to 1.3 and test it.

SF200 are the same model,  24 and 48 are just port density, hope this gives clarity.
