Hello everyone, I hope not to bother and with all due respect, I am looking for this software c2960x-universalk9-mz.150-2.EX5.bin to be able to install third party SFP on a cisco 2960X-48LPS-L, I have tried everything with the commands without results, I only have to update the software since it has 15.2(2)E7. And from the page it does not let me download it, it gets stuck when trying to complete the data it asks me. Thank you very much in advance.

 You need a valid contract or your SSO associated with a company who have a valid contract in order to download from Cisco.
