We have an SSM On-Prem server and are getting an error when running the manual registration. This is on a closed network so no internet connectivity.
Here is what is happening;
1. New Account requests are entered
2. navigate to Account Requests and select Manual Registrations from the Action
3. Select Generate Registration File
4. Get error "Invalid satellite account request Id"
Has anyone else seen this or know what may be causing this?
Please note that TAC has not been any help on this issue.
