First - I am not sure I am in the right board - its not clear where this product falls..
I have had Cisco SSM on-prem installed and working for well over 2 years. I believe we are on version 8.202308.
I attempted to login today and I am getting the dreaded "The requested user is not found" error. both on the normal login page and admin page.
I can login to the CLI, but I don't see any obvious issues with the server.
Can someone please direct me to where we can get some support for this tool?

what error message you need show is what you getting there ?

as stated in the original post - any attempt to log in with the admin user gives "The requested user is not found". Same for any of my TACACS+ accounts. screenshot attached. I have verified the TACACS+ config via the command line, but still cannot log into the server.
