Strange Cisco AP

Hey guys I have a bit of a puzzle on my hands. I have this Cisco AP in my rental house and they have them on every floor of the house. The issue is, we have a Bell Router and Modem (Canada) that is the main router for the internet. The only thing plugged into the router is a 10GB CAT7 Cable that runs to my room and directly to my PC. So these mysterious AP's just kind of blink and do nothing. I couldn't find them when I did an IP Scan, and they seem too old to be attached to my Bell Home Hub. Plus, I checked the settings of the Bell Home Hub and nothing seems to hint it is in bridged mode. I went up top to take a look and it is powered over POE and has activity to it. I first originally removed the POE cable and hooked it up to my laptop but it seems that I could not get a DHCP connection. Most likely a Cisco Controller in my opinion. I hooked up a serial cable to it and set it to the standard bit rate, parity, etc etc... and I have access, however, I do not know the Username or Password. I tried cisco/cisco, cisco/Cisco, cisco/class (Maybe someone just stuck with what worked from their CCNA days). I can hit the MODE button on the AP but I don't want to erase the entire config, just get into it.
