there is no information about the addressing beside the network 192.168.2.0.  They should inform the mask for this network.  The information is incomplete this way.

the instructor said we have to create the VLSM for sales 150 hosts, accounts 50 hosts, HR 10 hosts and IT 5 hosts how many hosts between the 2 routers?

  between routers are two IP address but they should be clear on the network mask.  I will do the division in the best way possible and you see it works.

Got it. then what I did is not wrong. But, if you need to change the IP, just edit it. The network is working,  I mean, host on the left can ping host on the right and vice versa
