I'm using a 9300-12Y with 17.09.03 and a 9200CX-12-2X2G with 17.09.04.

Will they be able to function properly together? The 9300 is my DN. The AP's on my 9200 are not getting IP's from the ISE server we are using. Everything LOOKS right, but I noticed my SW version is older on my 9300 and was curious if this could be the issue. Thanks in advance.

IOS XE version is not the issue at all.

Cat 9300 DN - what is DN in your terms ?

ISE is a Identy Server, which uses for Identification of the device connected to port on Cat 9200

Its good that you post show run and what device not getting IP address, where that is connected ?

Do you have DHCP Server, is that configured ip helper address to get IP from DHCP Server ?

is the IP address you get when you connect the device to Cat 9300 ?
