These devices are very much obsolete devices now, and should seriously be considered for replacement with something more modern and supportable.
You should still be able to retrieve your licence keys from Cisco Software Central. If you log in there, then go to "Get Licences", "TelePresence licence to resend", and put in your serial number, you should get a screen showing all the option keys that were created for your device.
