The issue is with the Finesse PCCE 12.6.2 not serving the requests for the Get Media API call. API reference:

We have tried fetching the MRDs with API response for both the finesse 12.6.1 and 12.6.2.

We are getting responses of the MRD's configured for the agents in 12.6.1
https://[FinesseDNS]/finesse/api/User/[Agentid]/Media

But not getting any response for the upgraded finesse 12.6.2
https://[FinesseDNS]/finesse/api/User/[Agentid]/Media

Once our application gets the list of MRDs, we filter the MRDs configured in our application, and log in to the respective agents.

Further, agents can change their state to ready/not ready for tasks in the queue to get routed

Need your assistance on this as we're facing this issue on a particular patch of finesse version 12.6.2. Any idea if this issue is already their?
