I registered with Cisco. But when I try to download the appliance file it takes me to the My Account page and there is nothing there and the file does not download.
Is that image that comes with CML or VIRL? If yes, I think the only way to get it is via purchase of CML. Version in CML 2.1 is better but it may not work outside of CML.

i do not believe IOSvL2 available to download from the cisco site(it come with CML or VIRL), but by googling it you get numerous results and many copies available all over links for Lobbying.
