Unable to get AnyConnect working on Mac Ventura

I'm unable to get Cisco AnyConnect working on iMac running Ventura.

The error that keeps coming up every 30 seconds or so is this:

Cisco AnyConnect Errors: The VPN client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot.

This was working before but after a reboot I was unable to connect any longer. Did a full uninstall and reinstall, same thing. So frustrating. I can't do any work at all - can't connect to my employer's VPN.

Our users have been experiencing this same issue today and I can't find a fix.  This is literally the only place I found that has a mention of a fix, but our users have the AnyConnect Secure Client and they don't seem to have the same files.

Update:   

One of our users managed to resolve the issue it seems. 

Uninstalled all Cisco applications
AnyConnect
Secure Client
Secure Client - DART
Rebooted and reinstalled Anyconnect (we are using Secure Client 5.0.03072)
