I hope this is the right place to get some help,
The company I work for recently upgraded from SPA514G IP phones to the SPA525G. They are all out of date on the firmware so following the upgrade guide, it says to log in to the phones web interface and change to admin, it should then allow me to select the firmware page, unfortunately even factory resetting the phone and trying on two different networks has not shown this menu option to me?
I have read through the forums and seen something about UC230W preventing this option however I have no idea what this is? normally when we purchase phones they come ready to be upgraded and we just run the .exe and select the firmware we want to use.
Sorry if I have missed something really obvious but any help will be greatly appreciated.
