Cisco Unity 14.0.1. Changed to 365 oath 2, set up app registration, service account, all necessary settings about 15 months ago. Everything working until 5 days ago. The errors many have dealt with are now effecting my set up and driving me mad: Connection to DNS can't be found, can't locate exchange cas server, etc. Checked password, renewed app secret id, tested service account, reset sync; but can't get it to work again.
Tried to get into control center via serviceability portal to restart message sync service, but got the 'administrator account password expired message', even been though it hasn't and works everywhere else within cisco unity and unified. Don't know of command to restart that service if possible in cli.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I keep thinking it's storage level and I'm looking to deep but at this point I just need to know if it's happened recently and been fixed by anyone and how.
