upgrade of onprem SSM version 8 is failing

Hello everyone, we are upgrading SSM on prem satellite from 8-202308 to 8-202401 but we are getting the following error:

both the upgrade script and the signature file are there and have the correct permissions:

It was downloaded directly from Cisco, unzipped and then transferred using WinSCP to satellite (/var/files/patches).

Any ideas?


I'm aware of Solved: Re: SSM On-Prem version 7 - Upgrade Fails - Cisco Community, but I entered the correct path.

simple redownload did the job:
