Has any one run into this issue? When downloading transcript from a recording there is a checkbox to download .VTT file. The EU downloads a .VTT file
Now all of a sudden this has changed. You check the box to download .VTT file and the downloaded file is a .txt file.
we need the original .VTT file for records -- then the transcript is cleaned up and both files are saved.

Am I correct there was a change? Where can I get the documentation for the workaround? Transcripts have been enabled on these accounts only. There is no WebEx assistant enabled.
