WEIRD CISCO SWITCH GUI AND UNABLE TO USE TELNET AND SSH

When I log into this one switch in the network, it has this weird GUI 

While the other switches have a normal GUI

For all the switches, I cannot go beyond the enable command in both telnet and ssh.

Please assist me in solving these issues.

Did you ever use wr command when you can access via cli?

Then you need to use password recovery.
