I have five WD Elements SE discs that I recorded from the TV via a CISCO receiver. Movies recorded with a CISCO receiver on an external disc can only be played on this receiver. When the receiver broke down and was replaced, the recorded external discs remained unusable. I would like to format them for use on a computer, but the computer does not even detect them. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
I already contacted the TV program provider and the disc manufacturer WesternDigital, but I didn't get a solution.
