CCNA Certification copy download

Hi all,

I have completed the CCNA R&S and passed the exam. I am not sure how to get certificate as soft or hard copy. Please help to in this case.

if u just passed. u got paper from cert center with instruction for a free copy. it is likely asking u go to cert support site, log in and select paper of digital option. get paper since u can get digital any time.

Its one month since I passed CCNA Exam. I received Passing result card but CCNA Certitificate not coming. I stuck on first time logn page. Plz suggest?

I passed CCNA Exam three days ago. I got my "Congratulations on becoming certified" email.

I went to https://cp.certmetrics.com/cisco/en/login as email instructed.

I created account which automaticly created CSCO nr diffrent from CSCO nr I get with exam results.

I cannot find any option that allows to update CSCO number. What to do now?
